· Elaborating THE PROCEDURE OF THE LOADING / DISCHARGING OPERATIONS AND QUALITY & QUANTITY CONTROL SUPERVISION OF THE HYDROCARBON SHIPMENTS.
Project Management
· Operational Readiness.
· Elaborating of the Production Audit Agreement between Producer and Government Entity with a mutual collaboration between the two companies.
· Leading the Audit Readiness of the Crude Oil Production. Applying EI, API and ASTM Standards.
· Determination of the Oil Measurement Equipment to be used in the production field for the production quantity audit.
· Leading the Field Laboratory Equipping for the daily production analyses according the requirements of Government Entity for the production quality audit and got them Certified.
